Anthony Astolfi, a principal of Golden Coast Investments LLC, holds an active Florida real estate sales associate license, number SL3425451. Golden Coast Investments purchases real estate for its own account, as a principal. In those purchases neither Golden Coast nor its principal acts as a broker, agent or representative of the seller, and the principal's licensee status is disclosed to the seller in writing before any contract is signed. Sellers are encouraged to obtain their own legal, tax and real estate advice.
