Golden Coast Investments is a privately held Florida real estate investment company, founded in 2019. We buy multifamily, mixed-use and commercial property — and sites with room to grow — along South Florida's Gold Coast.
Operators first.
Our principals have bought, renovated, built and operated real estate in Miami-Dade and Broward since 2015 — from single-family renovations and conversions to ground-up construction and rental buildings they still own and manage.
Golden Coast brings that experience to larger buildings. It shapes how we underwrite: we price a property the way an owner who has to run it would — real taxes, real insurance, real repairs — and we're comfortable with older buildings, deferred maintenance and complicated situations.
The name is a nod to the stretch of coast where we work: the Gold Coast, from Miami-Dade through Broward and into Palm Beach County.
Three habits.

We would rather pass on a building than overpay for it, and rather tell an owner no early than waste their time.

Price, terms, timelines and conditions are written down before anyone relies on them.

Anthony leads acquisitions at Golden Coast Investments — sourcing, underwriting and negotiating each purchase, and staying with it through closing.
He is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (license SL3425451). When Golden Coast buys a property he acts as a principal for the company, not as anyone's agent, and he discloses his license in writing in every transaction. He works in English, Italian and Spanish.
